Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
